Assembly and Inspection Scope
This case records the workshop assembly of an 8-inch Class 300 parallel double-disc gate valve manufactured in ASTM A217 WC6. The production record covers preparation of the closure components, internal positioning, bonnet and stem assembly, and the completed valve.
The valve is designed to ASME B16.34, with pressure testing specified to API 598. Final configuration and acceptance are governed by the approved drawing, bill of materials, purchase specification and inspection plan. Photographs and video document visible production stages but do not independently establish complete performance or acceptance.

Project release should reference the approved drawing, bill of materials, material records, inspection and test plan, dimensional record and API 598 pressure-test documentation.
