Product Description
Extraction Steam Quick-Closing Check Valve Mainly used in extraction systems of power plants or cogeneration plants. It prevents backflow of steam from extraction lines and heaters into the turbine during sudden load rejection (which would break turbine blades and damage the turbo-generator), and stops water hammer caused by heater leakage allowing water to enter the turbine through extraction lines, thus protecting turbine safety.
