This production batch features ASTM A105 forged steel parallel double disc gate valves in five compact sizes: 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″ and 2″. The photographs document the valves from workshop assembly through finishing, protective packing and dispatch.

Assembly and Production
Workshop assembly is completed by size in controlled batches. The photographed units show the forged valve bodies, stem assemblies and parallel gate components being fitted before coating and final preparation.
Finished Valve Configuration
The finished valve uses a compact forged body, flanged ends and handwheel operation. The external protective coating is applied after assembly preparation, while project-specific nameplates and identification support traceability.
Protective Export Packing
Each valve is individually wrapped and separated with protective material before placement in the export case. This reduces surface damage and movement during inland handling and international transport.
Shipment
After packing, the wooden cases are secured for transport from the factory. Shipping marks, packing lists and project documentation can be prepared according to the purchase order.
